Are your products legal?

Yes. All Vibations products are federally legal. Our products are 100% hemp-derived and contain less than the federal limit of 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. 

 In December of 2018, the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (more well-known as the Farm Bill) was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with less than 0.3 percent delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). 

How old do you need to be to consume your products?

You must be at least 21 years old to consume Vibations, and ask you to verify your age before checking out.

Vibations is committed to the responsible sale and consumption of our products. As a company that offers beverages intended exclusively for individuals aged 21 and over, we strictly enforce an age verification policy to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  

2. Legal Compliance  

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, Vibations reserves the right to verify the age of any customer before completing a sale. It is illegal to sell age-restricted beverages to individuals under 21, and we take every necessary step to ensure compliance with all age-related sales laws.  

3. Age Verification Process  

To prevent underage sales, Vibations implements the following age verification measures:  

  • For online sales, customers will be required to undergo an identity verification process using an approved third-party ID verification service.   
  • Any transaction flagged as suspicious or unverifiable will be canceled at our discretion.  
  • We strictly prohibit the purchase or attempted purchase of our products by individuals under 21.  

4. Right to Refuse Service

Vibations reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who:  

  • Fails to provide valid proof of age.  
  • Attempts to use a fraudulent, altered, or expired identification document.  
  • Appears to be purchasing on behalf of a minor (commonly known as "straw purchasing").  
  • Refuses to comply with our verification procedures.  

5. Privacy and Security  

All age verification checks are conducted in compliance with applicable data privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Vibrations and its third-party verification partners do not store, sell, or share sensitive customer information beyond what is necessary for legal compliance. Customer data is securely processed and protected against unauthorized access.  

6. Policy Updates  

 Vibations reserves the right to modify this Age Verification Policy at any time in accordance with changes in legal requirements or company practices. Are your products tested? 

Yes. All Vibations products undergo comprehensive analytical testing several times during the manufacturing process by both our in-house testing team and independent, third-party accredited laboratories.

Are your products full-spectrum?

Yes, our products are full-spectrum. Full-spectrum means the product contains a range of naturally occurring compounds from the hemp plant - not just THC. 

 In addition to THC, this can include other cannabinoids (such as CBD) and terpenes, which contribute to flavor and the overall experience. These compounds work together in what’s often called the “entourage effect,” helping create a more balanced and well-rounded experience. 

In short: full-spectrum = more of the plant, working together. 

How is hemp-derived THC different from regular THC? 

Chemically, hemp-derived THC and cannabis-derived THC are the same - they produce the same effects in the body. The difference comes from where the THC is sourced: 

  • Hemp-derived THC comes from federally legal hemp plants (containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight)   
  • Cannabis-derived THC comes from marijuana plants, which are regulated at the state level   

At Vibations, we use hemp-derived THC to create products that are federally compliant and accessible in more places—while still delivering a consistent, enjoyable experience. 

What does it feel like?

Most feel a quick, uplifting euphoria followed by a wave offocus and energy -perfect for socializing, without losing control, hangovers, or next-day regret. 

How long does it take to feel the effects?

Most people begin to feel Vibations within approximately 15 minutes, thanks to our fast-acting, nano-emulsified hemp-derived THC. 

That said, everyone’s body chemistry is different, so timing can vary slightly depending on factors like metabolism, tolerance, and whether you’ve eaten recently. 

Can I mix Vibations with alcohol?

We don’t recommend mixing Vibations with alcohol.

How many Vibations should I have?

Vibations is designed to be sessionable, so you can ease in and find your ideal vibe. 

We recommend starting with one serving, then see how you feel before having more. Because Vibations is fast-acting, you’ll be able to gauge your experience pretty quickly. 

Everyone’s tolerance is different, so the right amount depends on your body and your experience with THC. If you’re newer to cannabis, start low and go slow. If you’re more experienced, you may choose to enjoy a second serving.

Where do you ship?

Our THC-infused blends are available in most U.S. states for adults 21 and over.

How can I track my order?

We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you haven’t received an email with a tracking number for your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@drinkvibations.shop for more assistance. 

What is the Vibations refund policy?

Vibations products are not returnable. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.    

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your issue and let you know if the refund has been approved. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department at info@drinkvibations.shop, and they will assist with any questions you may have!  

What happens if I have a missing delivery?

In the event ofa missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within thistimeframe, contact us, and we will work with you to provide a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

We try our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, often within 24 hours, so we cannot guarantee cancellation regardless of when the request is made. If your order has already begun processing, we will not be able to accommodate an order cancellation request.
